Plaintiff SAM ALAM’S (“Plaintiff”) Motion to Compel Discovery from Defendants ANDREW
GOMES (“Gomes”), MAHENDRA AGRAHARKAR (“Agraharkar”), AJAY CHOUDRY
(“Choudry”), and NATIONAL INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY PARTNERS, PLLC
(“NIRP”) (Gomes, Agraharkar, Choudry, and NIRP are collectively “Defendants”). The Court,
after having considered the same, finds that Defendants’ responses to the following Interrogatories
and Requests for Production should be in all things compelled and their objections overruled.
IT IS ORDERED that Gomes’ objections to Plaintiff’s Interrogatories in interrogatories
numbers 1-26 are overruled and Gomes shall provide complete and full responses within 12 hours
from the time this Order is signed.
IT IS ORDERED that Gomes shall provide a verification for Plaintiff’s Interrogatories
pursuant to TEX. R. CIV. P. 197.2(D) within 12 hours from the time this Order is signed.
IT IS ORDERED that Gomes’ objections to Plaintiff’s Requests for Production in requests
for production numbers 1-48 are overruled and Gomes shall provide complete and full responses
within 12 hours from the time this Order is signed.
