MOTION TO WITHDRAW
COMES NOW the undersigned attorney, and hereby seeks to withdraw from
representation of the Defendants, James McLeod individually and Bella Citta, LLC f/k/a
Villa Cabo, LLC and as grounds therefore would state as follows:
1. The undersigned Counsel and Defendants, James McLeod individually
and Bella Citta, LLC f/k/a Villa Cabo, LLC have reached a mutual agreement in regard
to the undersigned Counsel withdrawing as counsel.
2. This Motion is not being done in any manner to hinder or delay the
progression of the above-stated action.
3. The client has been informed of our intention to file this Motion to
Withdraw and the clients have agreed to the same in this matter.
4. All further pleadings and correspondence should be sent to the
Defendants’ addresses:

the Defendants James McLeod individually and Bella Citta, LLC f/k/a Villa Cabo, LLC of
any further responsibility in this action and for such other and further relief as this Court
deems just and proper.
