PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the Affirmation of Ariel Bouskila, Esq.,
sworn to on June 8, 2020 , and on the exhibits attached thereto, Plaintiff shall make an application
pursuant to CPLR §3213, at an IAS Part of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County
of New York, at 60 Centre St Rm 130, New York, 10007, on July 6, 2020, at 9:30 a.m. or as soon
thereafter as counsel can be heard, for an order pursuant to CPLR 3213 directing entry of
judgment for plaintiff and against defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $262,986.79
plus interest at 9% from June 5, 2020 the date of default herein until the date of entry of judgment
and attorneys fees in the amount of $52,597.36 representing 25% of the outstanding balance of
the Settlement Amount; and such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to CPLR 2214 responding
papers shall be served at least seven days before the return date of this motion.
