Cross-Complainant EDWARD F. NIDEROST, individually, and as Trustee of THE EDWARD
F, NIDEROST REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated November 8, 1998, to respond to Request
for Inspection of Documents, Set One, served herein on June 29, 2020, without objections, and to
award monetary sanctions, came on regularly for hearing on October 28, 2020, at 9:00 A.M. in
