      ON     THIS     DAY,   the    Court   considered   Defendant   Utility     Service        and

Maintenance, Inc.’s Motion for Traditional Summary Judgment under Texas Labor

Code Chapter 93. After reviewing the evidence, the Court determines the Motion

should be DENIED.
