Plaintiff, GSFNT RECOVERY FUND, LLC ASSIG CHICAGO TITLE INSURANCE COMPAN, by its undersigned
attorneys, files in the above Court this Motion for the issuance of a continuing Writ of Garnishment against salary or wages of
Defendant(s), BEVERLY HUNT, herein, pursuant to F.S, 77.0305, and as grounds therefore states as follows:
1, GSFNT RECOVERY FUND, LLC ASSIG CHICAGO TITLE INSURANCE COMPAN is Plaintiff in the above-
captioned action, and Judgment has been entered against Defendant(s) BEVERLY HUNT, in the amount of $1 1,906.94, plus
post-judgment interest and post-judgment court costs together with interest at 4.75% per annum from the date of . That the
balance of the judgment is $15,391.84 plus post-judgment interest and post-judgment court costs.
2. Plaintiff does not believe that Defendant(s) BEVERLY HUNThas/have possession of visible property in this state
and in Broward County upon which a levy can be made sufficient to satisfy the amount of Plaintiffs claim.
3. The above Garnishee is the employer of Defendant(s), BEVERLY HUNT, and/or has effects or property of said
Defendant(s) in its hands, custody or control; Plaintiff therefore requests that a continuing Writ of Garnishment be issued
