JUDGMENT and as grounds therefore states as follows:
1. A Writ of Continuing Garnishment was served upon Garnishee on AUGUST 6, 2019.
2. Garnishee filed an answer to the Writ of Garnishment on July 3, 2019.
3. Plaintiff has mailed to the Defendant the Notice of Garnishment and the Defendant has failed to move to dissolve
this garnishment pursuant to Florida Statutes 77.05.
4, Plaintiff has incurred costs as a result of this garnishment
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff moves this Honorable Court for entry of FINAL GARNISHMENT JUDGMENT and for such
further relief as the Court deems just and appropriate in the circumstances.
