Child Custody Recommending Counseling Recommendation is Adopted by the Court with the addition
that the father complete orientation with Midge Eck as soon as possible. Father's counsel with notify the
mother's counsel as soon as orientation in complete, so that the mother can complete her orientation
with Midge Eck. Supervised visitation for the father shall commence as soon as orientation is completed
by both parties.
The Court Orders:
An evaluation is ordered to be completed by Dr. Gandolfo. The Court orders the evaluation scope
attached to the CCRC recommendation, be attached to the evaluation order. The parties shall each pay
one half the costs of the evaluation. The Court reserves jurisdiction to reallocate the costs.
The Court reserves jurisdiction as to Child Support and Spousal Support back to the date of the original
request.
The matter may be reset by stipulation or 5 day notice.
