The parties to this action are to arrange the return of your Small Claims exhibit(s) before 4/10/2020 by appearing in person and file local form (SC-6) or parties may filea written notice requesting the preservation of the exhibit(s) for up to 1 year. Ifa notice requesting the preservation of exhibit(s) isfiled, the exhibits will be held for the prescribed time (not to exceed 1 year). At the end of preservation period all exhibit(s) not withdrawn by the parties during that period will be destroyed as prescribed in this notice. IT IS ORDERED that upon request of either party, that the aforementioned Small Claims exhibit(s) may be withdrawn.
