 MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE AMENDED ANSWER BY STEPHEN MAGEE

      Defendants STEPHEN MAGEE's and SAC AERO FLYING CLUB, INC.'s ("Defendants") Motion
 for Leave to Amend Answer is GRANTED. Defendants shall file and serve the amended answer
 within 10 days of this order.

      The law strongly favors granting leave to amend the pleadings, and the opposition has not
 demonstrated it will be prejudiced by the proposed amendments. See, e.g., Howard v. County
 of San Diego (2010) 184 CA4th 1422, 1428.

 Counsel for Defendants shall prepare a written order consistent with the Court's ruling for the
 Court's signature, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312, and provide written notice
 of the ruling to all parties who have appeared in the action, as required by law and the
 California Rules of Court.
