JUROR QUESTIONNAIRE Plaintiff objects to the use of a juror questionnaire other than the form questionnaire approved by the Florida Supreme Court. However, Plaintiff will confer with Defendant in an effort to reach a mutually agreeable resolution to this request. Ii. COLLECTIVE OBJECTION Plaintiff is unclear as to the meaning of the footnote “reserve the right to request a limiting instruction to the extent that an objection or ruling applies to one Defendant and not the other.” If Defendants are asking for a jury instruction, Plaintiff cannot agree to that in advance. *** FILED: BROWARD COUNTY, FL BRENDA D.
