Attorney: Nazar Ghosseiri and William Bauld appeared on behalf of Matthew Herman. The tentative ruling is as follows: The evidentiary objections are sustained. The Petition to remove the co-trustee is DENIED. There is no conflict of interest established and therefore no grounds for removal. The Petition to Disqualify is similarly DENIED. The Heggstad petition is GRANTED. The matter is argued and discussed. Mr. Keeler requests an evidentiary hearing. He states that his response is a denial. This involves a title dispute. The has been no ADR. The court finds/orders: Court Trial on the Heggstad Petition and the Petition for Removal will be set for September 12th and 13th at 2:00 p.m. in department 28. The Judge will not order a Mandatory Settlement Conference for a trial of this length. If desired, the parties may contact Judge Grandsaert's department to request a Voluntary Settlement Conference.
