This Assignment is made effective as of December 31, 2010, between WORLDWIDE
ASSET PURCHASING, LLC, at 11808 Miracle Hills Drive, Omaha, NE 681 54,
("ASSIGNOR") and GALAXY PORTFOLIOS, LLC at 4730 South Fort Apache Road Suite 300
Las Vegas, NV 89147-7947, ("ASSIGNEE") under the following terms and conditions:
1, On 6/21/2006, a Judgment was recovered in the SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, in favor of WORLDWIDE ASSET
PURCHASING,LLC and against MELANIA R BANIQUED AKA MELANIA. BANIQUED, in
the total sum of $ 15758.12, and said judgment was duly entered in said court. The defendant's
last known address on record is 2442 40TH AVE, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 941162115.
Summary of Pleading - 12. On November 11, 2015, Worldwide Asset Purchasing, LLC gave Galaxy Portfolios,
LLC, Limited Power of Attorney. A true and correct copy of the Limited Power of Attorney is
attached hereto as Exhibit “I” and incorporated herein by way of this reference.
BF On December 31, 2010, Worldwide Asset Purchasing, LLC assigned all of its right, title
and interest in the judgment describe in paragraph 1 to Galaxy Portfolios, LLC. A true and
correct copy of the Bill of Sale and Assignment of Accounts from Worldwide Asset Purchasing,
LLC to Galaxy Portfolios, LLC is attached hereto as Exhibit “2" and incorporated herein by way
of this reference.
NOW THIS ASSIGNMENT WITNESSES, that WORLDWIDE ASSET
PURCHASING, LLC for good and valuable consideration duly paid, has sold, and by these
presents does assign, transfer and set over unto Assignee, its executors, administrators, and its
assigns, this judgment and all right, title and interest in said judgment and on any proceedings to
be had thereupon, along with all right to appoint its own counsel to perform all duties necessary
to recover or discharge said judgment.
