CENTER AT HOUSTON. The Court, after examining the pleadings and evidence before it, and
hearing the argument of counsel, finds that Defendant’s Motions should be and are hereby
GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Defendant’s Plea to the
Jurisdiction and Motion to Dismiss are hereby GRANTED and Plaintiffs’ cause of action against this
Defendant is hereby dismissed in its entirety with prejudice to re-filing of the same.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Court denies all relief
not expressly granted in this judgment.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that all costs incurred will be
