2. On May 26, 2020, the Clerk of Butte County Superior Court mailed written notice to the
parties that — effective May 22, 2020 — the Ilonorable Robert A. Glusman (" Judge Glusman") had been
assigned to this case as the judge for all purposes.
3. I am informed and believe, and thereby allege, that Judge Glusman —
the judge who has
been assigned to this case for all purposes — is prejudiced against the Petitioners and/or the interests of
the Petitioners, such that I believe they cannot have a fair and impartial trial or hearing before Judge
Glusman.
4. Judge Glusman has had no involvement with any proceedings in this case — involving a
determination of contested fact issues related to the merits, or otherwise — prior to his assignment as
