20 regarding Corporate contributions to this property was essential for resolution. Counsel waived
21 any objection to the appointment of Mr. Jeffers by reason of his former or current employment
22 for any of the parties. The Jeffers’ report will be available by February 15” and will be reviewed
23 at the next meeting of the parties. Counsel are to address the Referee with any objections,
24 comments or requests for clarification as to the Rice and Range land appraisals by March 9,
25 2007.
26 All Counsel are to be present for a further hearing and review on March 15, 2007, at 9:30
