Aer consideration of all matters submitted, the Referee makes the following orders: O N 1. The resumes and curricula vitaes, and any statements of expertise for the appraisers and N I-I engineers suggested in the Motion shall beafumished to Counsel for Rabo by February 27, 2006.. 'N N 2. Such resumes, curricula vitaes and any statements of expertise shall be submitted to the W N Referee by March 3, 2006, together with such information regarding appraisers and/or engineers N A suggested by any other party. U! N 3. A rrther telephonic conference call will be held at 9:15 a.m. on March 10th. The Referee’s O\ N I Oce will make arrangements for the call. N Q 4. All Counsel agree that the appraisals of the rice land, orchard land and range land shall be W N addressed simultaneously. F6. 5. The Referee may make the appointment based on material submitted and Counsel acknowledge the Referee’s authority to make such appointment. 6. The appraisers or engineers will be appointed by the Referee and take directions and instructions om the Referee. 7. Aer appointment, each Counsel will submit, within 21 days, suggestions in writing ofwhat . they believe the appraisers and engineers shall address. Copies of such requests shall be irnished to all parties and any party opposing such suggestion shall respond within 14 days in the form of objections. Proponent will have 1 week to respond and the Referee will then determine the issues to be addressed by the appraisers and engineers. 8. Upon proper showing, the Referee may make appointments of di‘erent appraisers for the individual parcels. .:All Counsel express their desire to resolve this matter as quickly as possible but also recognize that because ofthe nature and extent ofthe properties involved, that resolution may take substantial time.
