Judge Noel Watkins (retired) having been appointed Referee in this action by
stipulation, and the parties desiring to clarify the appointment under Code of Civil Procedure
§ 644(b), it is agreed by the parties through their respective counsel as follows:
1 All substantive orders and findings of the Referee shall be reviewable such
as findings of fact or law.
2. All other orders requested by a party or parties will be reviewable if at the
time the motion is filed or the matter is heard, the Referee is informed that review may be
requested.
3 All other orders such as setting dates for hearings, filing deadlines and other
