HARDEN (“HOA Plaintiffs”) came on regularly for hearing in this Department at the above-
stated date and time. Attorney Jesshill Love of the ROPERS MAJESKI firm appeared for the
Seller Defendants { JOHNSON ADAMS & PLATT), who brought the motion.’ Attorney
Michael D. McConathy of the LYNCH GILARDI & GRUMMER firm appeared for the HOA
Plaintiffs and opposed the motion. Seller Defendants’ Motion sought to reou/ disqualify
current counsel for the HOA Plaintiffs, LYNCH GILARDI & GRUMMER, as well their co-
counsel STENBERG, SUNSERI, ROE, PICKARD & RUDY. :

The Court has reviewed the moving papers, Plaintiffs’ opposition, and the Seller
Defendants’ reply papers, as well as all exhibits and written objections tert] Fini oral
argument by the HOA Plaintiffs and the Seller Defendants, the court hereby affirms its tentative
ruling and DENIES the Motion to Recuse/Disqualify Counsel due to a lack of standing by the

Seller Defendants.
