The tentative ruling was not contested. The Court, therefore, adopts its tentative ruling, which

stated as follows:

that Plaintiff has fully complied with the October 9, 2013 Order. Defendants are ordered

to remove the abstract of judgment recorded against Plaintiff within 10 days of entry of
