Following a hearing on the Court’s.Order, dated September 21, 2015, directing Defendant
DEAN GREGORY ASIMOS (the “Contemnor”) to show cause why the judgment of contempt should|
not be entered against him for willfully disobeying the order and permanent injunction issued by this
Court on August 23, 2013 (the “Permanent Injunction”), and the entry of the Court’s Order, dated
November , 2015 (the “Contempt Order”), finding, inter alia, Contemnor guilty of contempt as
charged beyond a reasonable doubt, the Court hereby orders entry of judgment as follows:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED:
After due consideration, and as set forth in the Contempt Order, the Court finds beyond a

2 1. That Contemnor is guilty of contempt of court, beyond a reasonable doubt, in violation
3 || of California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1209(a)(5) for disobedience ofa lawful judgment, order

5 2. That Contemnor had knowledge of the Permanent Injunction, was able to comply at
6 || the time of the Permanent Injunction and continued to have such ability, and willfully failed to comply
7 || with the Permanent Injunction;
