DESIGNATION OF EXPERT WITNESSES
TO THE HONORABLE JAMES HALBACH, JR.:
COMES NOW Frank's Casing Crew & Rental Tools, Inc.., Plaintiff in the above-styled
and numbered cause, without waiving its right to name additional expert witnesses and/or
provide supplemental information and designates the following as expert witnesses for the trial
of this cause:

Mr. Dunn is Of Counsel to the law firm Godwin Pappas Ronquillo, and Mr. Dossett is a
Shareholder of Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams, & Martin. The general substance of
Messrs. Dunn's and Dossett's opinions concerns the reasonableness and necessity of the
attorneys’ fees incurred by Frank's Casing Crew & Rental Tools, Inc., in the prosecution of this
action, including hourly charges and the number of hours expended. Messrs. Dunn and Dossett
are expected to testify that $225 per hour for the work up to and including December 31, 2007,
and $250 per hour thereafter is an appropriate hourly charge for a matter of the size and
complexity of the captioned matter. They are further expected to testify that the aggregate
attorneys’ fees accumulated by Frank's Casing Crew & Rental Tools, Inc., at the time of trial
were reasonable and necessary to collect on the open account that Defendant refused to satisfy.
The facts known to Messrs. Dunn and Dossett have been or will be derived from their review of
the pleadings on file or to be filed and all correspondence between the Parties. Frank's Casing
Crew & Rental Tools, Inc., anticipates that Messrs. Dunn and Dossett will review its entire file
as it exists at the time of trial, including, in Mr. Dossett's case, privileged materials, in
preparation for testifying on the reasonableness and necessity of attorneys’ fees.
Messrs. Dunn's and Dossett's resumes and bibliographies are attached as Exhibit "A" and
Exhibit "B", respectively. Neither Mr. Dunn nor Mr. Dossett have prepared a report. They are,
however, available for deposition.
