INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT and HOUSTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE SYSTEM, for
Default Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc. Plaintiff(s) appeared by attorney of record. After due consideration
and examination of the original judgment rendered by the Court on May 19, 2008, as entered in 37851071
of the minutes of the 334th Judicial District Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Court
finds that the judgment contains clerical errors. Therefore, the Court is of the opinion that the Plaintiff(s)
Motion for Default Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc should be granted.
