PA d/b/a PLANTATION PAVILION OB/GYN, answer the Complaint and say:
1. They admit that GEORGES EDOUARD, MD was a board-certified
OB/GYN licensed by the State of Florida.
2. They admit that MAI TUYET NGUYEN was a patient of Dr. Edouard
and his practice.Case No. CACE 14-014218
3. They deny every other allegation of the Complaint and deny that
they were negligent or caused any injury to the Plaintiffs.
4. They deny that any of the employees or agents of PLANTATION
PAVILION OB/GYN were negligent or caused any injury to the Plaintiffs.
The Defendants demand judgment in their favor and that the case be
dismissed.
