CHARTS

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion to Obtain Dr.

Edouard’s Original Charts, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, rules as follows:

ORDERED and ADJUDGED:

1. Plaintiff's Motion to Obtain Dr. Edouard’s Original Charts is hereby GRANTED.

2. Plaintiff shall retain a court reporter to appear at Mr. Mineo’s office to obtain Dr. Edouard’s

original charts, from either Dr. Edouard or Mr. Mineo, on Monday, August 19, 2019, beforevee FILED: BROWARD COUNTY, FL Brenda D. Forman, CLERK 8/16/2019 4:30:00 PM.****

10:00am. Thereafter, the court reporter shall deliver the original charts to the Broward
County Courthouse, at the Courtroom of the Honorable Judge Sandra Perlman.

3. The production of Dr. Edouard’s original charts, shall not release him from his trial

subpoena.

4. Itis further GRANTED, that this Order supersedes the August 12, 2019 Order.
