THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing on March 22, 2019 on Defendants’ Amended
Motion for Summary Judgment on Plaintiff's Trade Secret Claims, and the Court have reviewed
the Motion, the Plaintiffs Response and related filings, the court file and being otherwise fully
advised in the Premises, it is hereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion is DENIED.
2. The Court concludes that there is an issue of fact as to whether the documents
attached to emails dated December 6, 2011, November 27, 2012 and December 6, 2012 and
marked with Bates numbers 1277-1284; 1309-1318; 1324-1356; 1507-1516; and 1552-1559
constitute trade secrets.
ms The Plaintiff represents, and the court orders, that the documents bearing Bates
numbers 27-29; 31-32; 43-45; 49; 54; 66; 72-76; 83-86; 89-92; 99-103; 117-120; 124-125; 147-
151; 162-293; 604-605; 616-619; 649-1114; 1304-1308; 1323; 1371-1388; 1392-1393; 1396;. Case No.: CACE-14-001087

which were produced in response to Defendant's. discovery requests, are not the subject of
