After considering the pleadings, the evidence in this case and the arguments of counsel, the Court hereby ORDERS as follows: 1, Each of the 10 Defendants served a set of interrogatories to each of the 12 Plaintiffs (total of 120 sets of interrogatories). Plaintiffs are required to respond to each set of Interrogatories served by the Defendants, but in each Answer Plaintiffs may respond by clearly incorporating and adopting text by reference in the manner described below, if subject to any objections or privileges such an answer would be accurate and fully-responsive to the interrogatory. 2. With respect to incorporated and adopted responses, Plaintiffs need not provide a written response after each individual interrogatory. For example, Plaintiff A may respond to Defendant Y's First Set of Interrogatories to Plaintiff A by stating as follows: Plaintiff hereby adopts and fully incorporates by reference his responses, objections, . and assertions of privilege to Interrogatories 1-25 of Defendant X's First Set of Interrogatories to Plaintiff A. 3. Plaintiffs must verify all responses, including responses that have been adopted or incorporated by reference. Each Plaintiff will provide a separate verification for each Defendant’s set of interrogatories. Nothing in this order prohibits Plaintiffs from asserting objections or privileges, or seeking further protection from the Court. Nothing in this order prohibits Defendants from seeking relief from this Court with respect to the substance of any interrogatory response.
