DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS AGREED ORDER EXTENDING TRO ON THIS DAY came on t0 be considered the parties’ Agreed Order Extending TRO in the above numbered and styled cause. The parties have conferred and have agreed to submit this order extending the previously filed TRO from the date 0f its filing t0 14 (fourteen) days thereafter under the same terms. The Court, after reviewing the TRO agrees that n0 additional bond is needed as security to extend the TRO by 14 (fourteen) days and hereby orders that the parties are restrained from acting as outlined in the TRO in this case dated May 2, 2019, With bond paid 0n May 3, 2019 as adequate security.
