COMES NOW, the Defendant, VILLAS DE VENEZIA CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC. (“VILLAS”), by and through its undersigned attorneys and files its
Answer and Affirmative Defenses alleging as follows:
1. As to paragraphs 1 through 6(a), 6(c), and 8 through 10 through of the Complaint,
Defendant VILLAS is without knowledge and therefore denies said allegations demanding strict
proof thereof.
2. VILLAS denies the allegations contained in paragraphs 6(b) and 7 of the Complaint.
WHEREFORE, Defendant, VILLAS DE VENEZIA =CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC., demands judgment against the Plaintiff and in favor of Defendant
VILLAS DE VENEZIA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and for said amounts due
and owing by Plaintiff to be paid upon transfer of title to the Plaintiff, its successors and/or
assigns.
