Foreclose Mortgage filed herein and in support thereof states as follows:
1. Defendant, HFA, is without knowledge as to the allegations set forth in
Paragraphs 2 through 5, 7 through 12, and 14 through 18 of Plaintiff's Verified Complaint and
therefore denies same and demands strict proof thereof.
2. Defendant, HFA, denies the allegations set forth in Paragraph 6 of Plaintiff's
Complaint.
3. Defendant, HFA, admits the allegations set forth in Paragraph | and it claims
some interest in the real property sought to be foreclosed as alleged in Paragraph 13 of Plaintiff's
Complaint, but denies that its interest is invalid.
