Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant William Behrens, by and through his undersigned attorney,
hereby moves this Court to enter an Order Striking the claim and prayer for attorney’s fees in the
Counter-Claim filed in this action and as grounds would show that Counter-Plaintiff has not
pleaded a basis for the claim of attorney’s fees and there is no legal basis for an award of Attorney’s
fees.
WHEREFORE Counter-Defendant prays for an Order striking the claim and prayer for
attorney’s fees in the Counter-Claim.
