COMES NOW, Plaintiff, JOSE BARRAGAN, in the above entitled and numbered
cause, and files this, his Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice, and would respectfully
show unto this Honorable Court the following:

Plaintiff has settled and resolved all claims and causes of action against TEXAS
FAIR PLAN ASSOCIATION, BRUSH COUNTRY CLAIMS and BRIAN BRIGGS made
the basis of this lawsuit. There are no cross claims or third party claims which have
been filed against these Defendants. Plaintiff further moves that costs of Court be taxed
against the party incurring same.
I.
Accordingly, Plaintiff, JOSE BARRAGAN respectfully requests that this Court
dismiss his claims and causes of action against TEXAS FAIR PLAN ASSOCIATION,
BRUSH COUNTRY CLAIMS and BRIAN BRIGGS with full prejudice to the re-filing of
same and that all costs of Court be taxed against the party incurring same.
