THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon Defendant TRG NEW RIVER II. LTD
d/b/a NEW RIVER YACHT CLUB’s Motion to Compel Better Responses to First Set of
Interrogatories and the Court having reviewed the Motion, and being advised in the premises
and of the parties’ agreement, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Motion is granted as follows.
2. On or before August 10, 2018, Plaintiff shall provide the following items and information:
a. As to Interrogatory No. 5, the total amount of lost income or wages for the “many
business opportunities” that she claims to have missed out on as a result of the subject
incident and specifically identify each such business opportunity.
b. As to Interrogatory No. 6, the amount of value of the alleged loss of future wages, salary,
income, or compensation, the method used in determining this amount, the number of
years for which a future loss is claimed, and a better description of the “future business
