PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF PARTY PLAINTIFF
Plaintiff, JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY, by and through the undersigned counsel,
respectfully requests that this Court for an Order Substituting Plaintiff, and as grounds therefore
states:
1. That the Complaint was filed in this cause on January 24, 2018.
2. Subsequent to the Complaint being filed, Plaintiff, JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY,
assigned its interest in the subject Note and Mortgage which is the subject matter of this
action to REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC. Recorded Assignment of Mortgage
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
3. That REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC for JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY,
should be substituted for JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY, as party Plaintiff.
4. No prejudice will result from the granting of this Motion.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff request the Court for the entry of an Order substituting for
REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, as well as such further relief as this Court deems just and
proper.
