DECLARATION OF JERILYN DRAPER

Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to administer oaths and take
acknowledgements, personally appeared Jerilyn Sue Draper, who being first duly sworn,
deposes and says:
41. My name is Jerilyn Sue Draper, and | am the Plaintiff in the above referenced
action.
2. | respectfully submit this affidavit in support of the Motion for Final Default
Judgment which has been filed with this court contemporaneously with this affidavit.
3. | am at least 18 years of age and make the following statements freely, without
duress, threat, or enticement. | make the following statements under oath and based upon my
personal knowledge. | fully understand that the statements made by me in this affidavit are
being made under penalty of perjury. The statements made herein are true and correct and, if
called upon to testify, my testimony would be consistent with such statements.
4, All documents from which the facts set forth herein are obtained and have been
examined by me. | have kept due care of all documents pertaining to this matter.
5. | have reviewed the Amended Complaint for Money Lent and Replevin
(‘Amended Complaint’) and the exhibits thereto in this matter. The factual allegations of the
Complaint are true and correct and the exhibits are true and correct copies of the originals.
6. | have personal knowledge of the facts contained in this Affidavit. Specifically, I
FILED: COLLIER COUNTY, DWIGHT E. BROCK, CLERK, 03/29/2018 12:49:41 PMhave personally knowledge regarding the sums of money which were lent to the Defendant,
Jeffrey Feld (“Feld”). A true and accurate copy of the Agreement whereby Feld acknowledge
the money lent is attached to the Amended Complaint as Exhibit “A”. | also have personal
knowledge of my personal property which remains in Feld’s residence located at 704
Buttonbush Lane, Naples, Florida 34108. A true and accurate list of the personal property
contained at Feld’s residence is attached to the Amended Complaint as Exhibit “B”.
7. | have been damaged by Feld in the amount of $35,065.81 for his failure to pay
back the money which | lent to him, which includes principal in the amount of $32,874.41, and
interest paid to my credit cards in the amount of $2,191.40.
8. | have been damaged by Feld for his failure to return my personal property
contained in his residence which is valued at $22,380.00; despite demand.
9. My total damages as stated above are $57,445.81.
10. 1 have reviewed the amounts sought in the Motion for Default Final Judgment
filed in the above referenced action, and the amounts sought against Feld are true and
accurate.
