undersigned counsel, and moves this Court for an Order striking this ‘matter from ‘the
Court's June 18, 2007 trial docket, and as grounds therefor says: ~o
1. This matter was inadvertently noticed for trial by the Plaintiff.
2. Counsel for the Plaintiff filed a Notice of Withdrawal of the Notice
for Trial on March 7, 2007 as the case was not ready for trial.
3. The Court entered an Order Setting Jury Trial on March 9. 2007.
WHEREFORE the Defendant requests this Court enter an Order striking
this matter from its June 18, 2007 trial docket and grant any other relief the Court
deems proper.
