the Court having reviewed the Joint Stipulation and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby:
Ordered and Adjudged that all causes of action between Plaintiff and Defendants are
hereby dismissed in their entirety with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys’ fees
and costs of the action.
