WHEREAS, on June 3, 2020, defendant Hadas A. Jacobi (“Ms. Jacobi”) moved to
dismiss the cross claims filed by defendants The Normandie Condominium, The Board of
Managers of the Normandie Condominium and Metro Management & Development, Inc.
(“Normandie Defendants”) (Motion 002):
NOW THEREFORE, the Parties, by and through their respective undersigned counsel,
hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
1. The time by which the Normandie Defendants shall serve and file their opposition
to Motion 002 is hereby extended to no later than July 17, 2020.
2. The time by which Ms. Jacobi shall serve and file her reply in further support of
Motion 002 is hereby extended to August 12, 2020.
3. The return date of Motion 002 in Room 130 is adjourned on consent from June
24, 2020 to August 14, 2020.
4. This stipulation may be executed by counsel in any number of counterparts, each
of which when so signed shall be an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and
