Plaintiff Abdullah Uzair and Defendant Google LLC (“Google”) have met and conferred

          and jointly stipulate to the following briefing and hearing schedule for Defendant’s demurrer to
          Plaintiff's complaint:
                  WHEREAS, on August 13, 2018 Defendant filed its Demurrer to Plaintiff's Complaint;

                  WHEREAS, Defendant’s Demurrer is noticed for hearing on December 7, 2018;
                  NOW THEREFORE, the Parties stipulate and agree as follows:
                  |    Plaintiff's deadline to file their opposition brief shall be October 29, 2018;
                  2.   Defendant’s deadline to file its reply brief shall be November 19, 2018.
