COMES NOW the Defendant, NATIONAL CITY BANK, by and through its
undersigned attorney, and files this its Answer to the Complaint, and states as follows:
Defendant, NATIONAL CITY BANK, denies each and every allegation

contained in the complaint and demands strict proof thereof.
2. Defendant, NATIONAL CITY BANK, admits that it may claim some
right, title or interest in said property by virtue of a Mortgage recorded in Official
Records Book: 21639. Page: 938, of the Public Records of PALM BEACH County, Florida.
3. Any allegations of the Complaint not herein specifically admitted are
deemed denied.
WHEREFORE, Defendant requests judgment in its favor and that if the property
is sold at foreclosure sale, that the priorities of Defendant, NATIONAL CITY. BANK and.
any other junior lien holders, be established, and that an order entered setting forth the
Priorities and amounts of the liens claimed by. Defendant, NATIONAL CITY BANK, andthat the surplus proceeds of the sale, be held in the Registry of the Court pending an
order of this Court as to the manner and procedure for distribution thereof.
