                           Please take note that Terra Vinet (“Tenant” or “Ms. Vinet” or “Plaintiff”),

                  hereby gives notice of appeal to the Ninth Court of Appeals of the Court’s Order

                  DENYING her motion to dismiss defendant’s counterclaims dated August 18,

                  2019.     This Appeal is taken pursuant to Civ.P.Rem.C. 51.014 (a) (12).

                           In addition to items mandated by Rule 34. 5 (a), Appellant designates the

                  following instruments to be included in the record.

                           A: Defendant’s counterclaim;

                           B: Motion to dismiss the counterclaim;

                           C: Response to the motion to dismiss the counterclaim;

                           D. Order denying the motion to dismiss the counterclaim;

                           E. Vinet’s Objections to “Evidence” Filed by Counter-Plaintiffs; and

                           F. Order on Vinet’s Objections to “Evidence” Filed by Counter-Plaintiffs.

                           Appellant certifies that no evidence was taken at the hearing on the motion

                  to dismiss thereby vitiating the need for a reporter’s record.
