This matter came before the Court on March 30, 2015 for hearing on Susan
Schneider Williams’ Petition for Instructions Per Prob. Code § 17200 et seq. Regarding
Interpretation of Trust Terms (the “Petition for Instructions”). James M. Wagstaffe and Kevin
Clune appeared on behalf of Petitioner Beneficiary Susan Schneider Williams. Meredith R.
Bushnell appeared on behalf of Objector Beneficiaries Zachary Williams, Zelda Williams, and
Cody Williams. (Susan, Zachary, Zelda, and Cody are collectively referred to herein as the
“Beneficiaries.”) Andrew A. Bassak and Veronica K. Cerruti appeared on behalf of Objector
Trustces Arnold Kassoy and Joel Faden.
Based on all of the filings and records in this action, and upon argument presented
to the Court at the hearing, and good cause appearing,
THE COURT HEREBY RULES AS FOLLOWS:
L The hearing on Ms. Williams’ Petition for Instructions is continued to June 1,
2015, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 204 of this Court.
2. On or before April 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m., the Beneficiaries will identify in writing
each item of tangible personal property for which they dispute Trustees’ determination as set
forth in the Trustees Determinations and Decisions dated March 26, 2015, if any, to the extent
such disputes have not previously been identified in writing to the Trustees.
3. On or before April 9, 2015, all items of tangible personal property at the Tiburon
residence as to which there is no dispute will be distributed in accordance with (a) the Trustees
Determinations and Decisions dated March 26, 2015; or (b) a unanimous executed written
agreement among the Beneficiaries.
4. The Beneficiaries’ counsel will have an in-person, informal discussion regarding
resolution of the disputed items of tangible personal property on or before April 10, 2015. At the
request of all Beneficiaries, the Trustees counsel shall participate in the informal discussions
among the Beneficiaries.

5. To the extent the Beneficiaries are not able to resolve their disputes regarding
resolution of the disputed items of tangible personal property through informal discussions, the
Beneficiaries and their counsel shall participate in private mediation on or before May 8, 2015.
At the request of all Beneficiaries, the Trustees and their counsel shall participate in the private
mediation among the Beneficiaries.
