Plaintiff moves for an enlargement of time within which to effectuate service and as
grounds therefore states as follows:
1 The original complaint filed herein was defective.
2. Said defect was recently discovered by Plaintiff and Plaintiff promptly filed an
Amended Complaint correcting the defect.
WHEREFORE Plaintiff prays for an additional time of thirty days within which to
effectuate service upon Defendant.
