I, DESMOND TAN, declare as follows:
1. Tam a defendant in this action. I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth
herein, and, if called as a witness, | could and would testify thereto under oath.
2. B Star Café offers essentially the same menu as Burma Superstar and is identified
as a spin-off of Burma Superstar. The B Star trademark if part of a family of brands trademarks.
For the same reasons I cannot agree to a loss of control over the Burma Superstar mark, I did not
agree as part of the settlement that Jocelyn Lee would get ownership of the B Star trademark,
