the pleadings and proceedings heretofore had herein, the undersigned will move this
court before a Justice to be assigned at the Courthouse located at 100 Supreme Court
Drive, Mineola, New York on the 27th day of June, 2014, at 9:30 A.M. or as soon
thereafter as counsel can be heard for an Order granting Summary Judgment in favor of
the plaintiff on the issue of liability against the defendants, THE COUNTY OF NASSAU
and YVONNA M. MCALLISTER, pursuant to CPLR § 3212 and VTL § 1129, and for such
other and further relief as this Court may deem just, proper and equitable in the premises.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that answering Affidavits, if any are required to
be served upon the undersigned at least seven (7) days prior to the return date oradjourn date of this Motion pursuant to CPLR § 2214(b).
