                  Esq., dated October 20, 2017 and the exhibits annexed thereto, the undersigned will move

                  this Court, before the Honorable Shlomo S. Hagler, J.S.C., at an IAS Part thereof, in

                  Room 130 of the Courthouse located at 60 Centre Street, New York, NY on the 4th day

                  of December, 2017, at 9:30 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, or as soon thereafter as

                  counsel can be heard, for the following relief:

                              ))      An Order, pursuant to CPLR § 3124, directing Plaintiffs to comply with

                  the Court’s Conference Order dated September 18, 2017, and produce the discovery

                  responses required to be produced thereby, and adjourning the end date for all disclosure

                  and issuing a new date in accordance with the Court’s ruling on this motion;

                              2)      Together with the costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the moving

                  Defendants in having to make this motion due to Plaintiffs’ willful failure to comply with

                  the Court’s Conference Order dated September 18, 2017; and

                              3)      Such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper.
