                            AGAINST SEAN MCALLISTER

           The Court has considered Plaintiffs’ William Richard Miller (“Miller”)         and Melissia

Krisco (“Krisco”) (Miller and Krisco are collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) Motion to Sever

Claims Against Defendant           Sean McAllister (“McAllister”),   and finds that same should be

granted.

           Therefore, it is ORDERED       that Plaintiffs’ claims against McAllister are severed from

this case, and from the above-referenced
                                  cause number.

           It is further ORDERED     that upon payment of the appropriate fee, the District Clerk shall

assign Plaintiffs’ claims against McAllister
                                        a separate, new, and independent
                                                                   cause number.
