Support Office Courtroom, Room 130 of the Courthouse located at 60 Centre Street, New York,
NY on the 14" day of October, 2013, at 9:30 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, or as soon
thereafter as counsel can be heard, for an Order pursuant to CPLR 3024, 3013 and 3014
dismissing the instant complaint upon grounds that the complaint fails to comply with the
pleading requirements of the CPLR, or, in the alternative, requiring plaintiffs to file an amended

complaint so as to provide JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. with a sufficiently definite statement of
the claims alleged against it, and for such other and further relief as the Court deems appropriate.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to CPLR 2214(b), answering papers,
if any, must be served on the undersigned at least seven (7) days before the return date of this
motion.
