IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned, that
the above action is hereby discontinued in its entirety, with prejudice, The parties shall bear their
own costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED that a facsimile copy of this stipulation
