ORDER GRANTING WRIT OF ATTACHMENT
On December 15, 2015, this Court was presented a verified Petition with a request for a
Writ of Attachment with respect to Thomas Anthony Muratore III, a minor child.
1. Finding of the Court
1.1 On the basis of the sworn statement in the Petition and of the evidence and argument of
counsel, the Court finds itnecessary and proper to issue a Writ of Attachment.
2. Order of the Court
2.1 It is therefore ordered by the Court that the clerk issue a Writ of Attachment and/or warrant
commanding any Sheriff or Constable within the State of Texas to take Thomas Anthony Muratore
III, a minor child, and to deliver the child safely into the possession of Thomas Anthony Muratore,
petitioner residing at 6752 Long Nook Lane, Indian Trail, Union County, North Carolina but
currently in the State of Texas to take possession.
2.2 Petitioner is Ordered to produce the child in conformance with the foreignjudgment before
the General Court of Justice District Court Division in Union County, North Carolina on January
7, 2016 at 2:00 pm. in Court 8 at which time and place a hearing shall be had to determine the
right to possession of the child.
